"Russian Salmon" grows Atlantic Salmon in the south-western part of the Barents sea, where the water temperature is most comfortable for growing salmon: meat is dense, without separate fat layers, so frying salmon steaks do not delaminate, and fat is not released after salting. The company has 10 licenses for water areas, grows more than 30 thousand tons of salmon annually. Also the company produces a line of ARCTIC SALMON – frozen gutted salmon, semi-finished frozen steaks, a piece of fillet, salmon fillet frozen in an individual package, as well as slightly salted and cold smoked fillets
